Bio

Hi There! My name is Lauren.  I’m a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist, a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, and a Certified Stroke Rehab Specialist  in the state of Virginia. I’m currently working in the private practice outpatient setting with patients living with lymphedema. I have experience in the acute care setting at a level I trauma center,  skilled nursing facilities (SNF), inpatient rehab, and outpatient settings, including hospital clinics and private practice with expertise in the areas of burn rehab, lymphedema, and stroke recovery.  This blog is intended to provide tips and resources for new graduates and OTs new to various settings.  I welcome discussions and corrections to any of the information you see on this blog.  I hope you find this helpful!
